Anthropic launched Claude for Small Business on May 13, 2026 — a toggle-on package that connects Claude directly to the tools small business owners already use: QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
15 Ready-to-Run Workflows
The package ships with 15 pre-built agentic workflows spanning finance, operations, sales, marketing, HR, and customer service. Workflows include payroll planning, month-end close, sales campaign execution, and invoice chasing. Claude seeks user approval before any action that sends, posts, or pays — keeping humans in the loop for consequential tasks.
Targeting 44% of U.S. GDP
Small businesses account for 44% of U.S. GDP and employ nearly half the private-sector workforce, but AI adoption has lagged among smaller companies that lack dedicated IT teams. Anthropic's product is designed to require no technical setup: activate within Claude Cowork, connect your existing apps, select a workflow, and Claude executes with your approval.
