Claude Code利用でautonomy上昇、Anthropicが仕事への影響をusage dataで再測定

Anthropicの新しいEconomic Index tweetは、Claudeの利用状況をproduct analyticsではなくlabor-market evidenceとして扱う点で重要だ。投稿は2026年6月26日15:25:47 UTCに公開され、hourly samplingとsurvey dataで、生活リズムがClaude usage、生成物、AI impactの認識にどう影響するかを見ると説明した。FxTwitterでは収集時点で約55.1万views、2,650 likes、356 repostsが確認できた。

Anthropicの公式アカウントは、Claude product update、safety research、policy statement、Economic Index researchを出す一次情報源である。リンク先の“Cadences” reportは、Claude conversationをartifact、work・personal・coursework、token consumption、autonomy、user perceptionに分けて分析する。今回はsurvey layerが加わった。Anthropicは2026年4月にEconomic Index Surveyを始め、privacy-preserving methodで5月中旬から6月初旬のusage dataと回答を結びつけた。各人から最大20 sessionsをsampleし、最終linked sampleは約9,700 respondentsだった。

中心の数字はAI autonomyだ。Anthropicは1-5 scaleでautonomyを測り、31 output typesのうち26でClaude CodeがchatやCoworkより高いautonomyを示したとする。全conversationの平均差は0.37 points。scripts and code snippetsでは、同じoutputでもClaude Code sessionが平均0.53 points高かった。Claude CodeではOpusが使われる比率が54%と高く、chat・Coworkの10%を大きく上回るが、Sonnet同士の比較でも0.26 pointsの差が残る。つまりmodel choiceだけでなくproduct surfaceがdelegationを変えている。

仕事への影響は単純な置換物語ではない。3分の1超のrespondentsは12カ月以内にjob responsibilitiesが大きく変わる可能性が高いと答え、10%は自分のjob lossをlikelyまたはvery likelyと見た。一方で、より多くをClaudeに委任する人ほど将来のpayやjob-finding abilityに楽観的だった。speed gainは86%、scope gainは82%、quality gainは69%と自己報告されている。次に見るべきなのは、この測定がdelegation control、review flow、workplace governanceとしてClaude productに戻るかどうかだ。出典: Anthropic source tweet · Economic Index report
