Claude Design preview, 말로 prototype·slide·one-pager를 만드는 작업으로 확장

Claude 계정은 “Claude Design by Anthropic Labs”를 소개하며, Claude와 대화해 prototypes, slides, one-pagers를 만들 수 있다고 설명했다. 중요한 지점은 Anthropic이 Claude를 chat과 code workflow에서 더 나아가, product, design, go-to-market team이 검토하고 수정할 수 있는 visual artifacts 생성으로 확장하고 있다는 것이다.

이 계정은 Anthropic의 Claude product channel이며, 이번 글은 Opus 4.7 출시 흐름 바로 다음 날 나왔다. 트윗은 Claude Design이 Claude Opus 4.7로 구동된다고 적었다. Anthropic은 Opus 4.7을 long-running work, instruction following, visual capability가 강화된 model로 positioning하고 있다. 제공 범위는 Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise plan의 research preview이며, 게시 당일 순차 배포된다고 했다.

단순 template 기능을 넘는 이유

prototype, slide, one-pager는 순수 text output과 production design file 사이에 놓인 작업물이다. Claude가 이를 conversational하게 생성하고 수정할 수 있다면, 단순 drafting assistant가 아니라 planning and communication surface가 된다. 제품 아이디어가 engineering 전에 mockup, internal strategy deck, launch brief, customer-facing explainer를 거치는 팀에서는 이 차이가 크다.

research-preview label도 중요하다. 트윗은 benchmark data, export formats, collaboration controls, Figma나 Keynote, Slides, internal design system과의 fidelity comparison을 제공하지 않는다. 따라서 전문 design tool을 대체한다는 증거라기보다 access와 product direction 신호로 읽어야 한다. 그래도 Opus 4.7과 연결했다는 점은 Anthropic이 visual reasoning을 일상적인 work artifacts로 끌고 오려 한다는 뜻이다.
