Bandai Namco and Media.Vision said on March 22, 2026 that a large-scale expansion DLC for Digimon Story: Time Stranger is already in development for 2027. Producer Ryosuke Hara says the new content will reflect part of the 139th Digimon Referendum results and bring Aegiomon voice actor Mutsumi Tamura back into the project.
