Netflix $NFLX dropped more than 7% after Q2 revenue of $12.56B came in just under the $12.58B consensus and Q3 revenue guidance of $12.86B missed the $13B Street view. EPS of $0.80 beat by $0.01, but the narrower 2026 revenue outlook and a slower engagement disclosure cadence drove the stock reaction.

$ROKU traded at $143.66, up 20.0% at 12:46 UTC, after Fox Corporation agreed to acquire Roku for $160.00 per share. The cash-and-stock deal values Roku at about $22B in enterprise value.
