Meta's Business AI Hits 10 Million Weekly Conversations — 10x Growth in Three Months
10x in Three Months — Still Free
Meta disclosed on its Q1 2026 earnings call (April 29) that its business AI tools were processing approximately 10 million conversations per week as of late March — up from 1 million at the start of the year. The beta program is now active in the US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
The tools automate customer interactions for small businesses across Meta's messaging platforms — WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. Meta is offering them for free to build scale first, with CEO Mark Zuckerberg hinting monetization may follow.
