• Enterprise function reinvention: A dedicated Office of the CFO business group anchored in Claude

• Insurance underwriting: Cycle time compressed from 10 weeks to 10 days, opening previously uneconomical lines of business
• Mainframe modernization and HR transformation: Delivery times cut by up to 70%
• Cybersecurity and professional sports operations: Active Claude deployments in production

Why It Matters
