S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2、4月14日の無料updateで'Sealed Truth' questline追加

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobylは2026年4月14日に無料content update 'Sealed Truth' を配信した。GSC Game Worldの公式notesによれば、今回の中心はDiodeに話しかけることで始まる新しいquestlineだ。単なるmaintenance patchではなく、戻ってくる理由になるstory content追加として位置付けられている。

updateの中身

見出しは新questlineだが、実プレイに効くfixも含まれている。公式説明では、このcontentはstory quest 'Hot on the Trail' 完了後で、'A Minor Incident' 開始前に利用可能になる。つまり復帰playerはどのsave帯で新要素に触れられるかを事前に把握しやすい。

fix内容も軽くない。長いcampaignで強いmutant typeが過密になる問題は、difficultyとpacing全体を崩しうる。さらに 'Dark as a Dungeon' がpoint of no return到達後に即cancelされる不具合は、story progressionを止めるタイプのbugだ。短いpatch noteでも、実際のimpactは大きい。
