Goldman Sachs $GS agreed to acquire Neos Investments for up to $2.3B in cash and equity. Neos manages about $32B across nearly two dozen options-income ETFs, and the transaction would lift Goldman's ETF assets to roughly $130B.

The SEC requested public comment on novel ETFs after U.S. ETF assets grew from $4T in 2019 to more than $12T at the end of 2025. The comment period runs for 60 days after Federal Register publication.
