AIカスタマーエージェントプラットフォームのSierraが5月4日、Tiger GlobalとGV（Googleベンチャー部門）が主導するシリーズEラウンドで9億5000万ドルを調達した。BenchmarkやSequoia、Greenoaksも参加し、post-money評価額は158億ドルに達した。これは8ヶ月前の100億ドルから58%の上昇だ。
ARRは2025年11月の1億ドルから2026年2月に1億5000万ドルへと、わずか3ヶ月で50%増加。企業向けAIエージェントへの旺盛な需要を如実に示している。
エンタープライズAIのAndroid戦略
共同創業者はOpenAI会長で元Salesforce共同CEOのBret Taylorと、Google Labsを率いたClay Bavor。SierraはカスタマーサポートAIにとどまらず、Androidがスマートフォンエコシステムでのプラットフォームになったのをモデルに、他企業向けにAIをライセンス供与するプラットフォーム戦略を描いている。
調達資金は国際展開とプラットフォーム機能の強化に充てられる予定だ。
