Google은 2026년 4월 10일 X에서 AI Mode의 restaurant booking을 처음으로 미국 밖 8개 시장으로 넓힌다고 밝혔다. Search의 agentic reservation flow가 미국 내 실험 기능을 넘어 국제 commerce surface로 확장되기 시작했다는 의미다.

OpenAI가 ChatGPT 안에서 visual shopping, side-by-side comparison, 최신 product data를 묶은 새 shopping 경험을 rollout한다. ACP 확장을 통해 retailer catalog와 promotion을 discovery 단계에 직접 연결하고, Walmart와 Shopify ecosystem도 흐름에 들어온다.

Meta가 Facebook Marketplace에 Meta AI 기반 listing draft, buyer auto reply, seller profile summary를 추가했다. 미국과 캐나다에서 하루 3.5 million listings가 올라오는 대규모 마켓플레이스에 생성형 AI workflow를 직접 심는 변화다.
