Those are the sort of numbers that matter more than a polished voice demo, because they speak to whether the model can handle messy calls, structured data capture, and high-stakes actions such as replacements or service credits.

The xAI account usually mixes Grok consumer features with enterprise and API releases, and this post clearly sits on the API side of that line. The next thing to watch is independent validation.
